1. Service Overview

Ship In Time provides international courier and freight forwarding services from the United States to Jamaica. By using our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information.

  • Ensuring items comply with U.S. and Jamaican customs regulations.

  • Paying all applicable fees, duties, and taxes.

  • Picking up packages in a timely manner.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed:

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Hazardous materials or explosives

  • Perishable food items

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Cash, credit cards, or negotiable instruments

  • Narcotics or controlled substances

We reserve the right to inspect and reject any prohibited shipments.

4. Shipping Times

We offer 3-5 days delivery after your package arrives at our U.S. warehouse. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen logistics issues. Ship In Time is not liable for such delays.

5. Loss or Damage

We take care to handle all packages securely. However, we are not liable for:

  • Packages damaged due to improper packaging by the customer or seller

  • Delays, loss, or damage caused by natural disasters, customs seizures, or third-party couriers

Optional insurance is available for added protection.

6. Package Abandonment

Packages not picked up within 7 days of arrival in Jamaica may incur a daily storage fee. Items left beyond 30 days may be discarded or sold to cover handling/storage costs.

7. Billing & Payments

All fees must be paid before delivery or pickup/ except on cash on delivery instances. Fees are based on package weight, size, declared value, and any applicable taxes/duties.

8. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for shipping fees unless there is a proven error on our part. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 2 days of package delivery.

9. Changes to Terms

Ship In Time reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the latest version.
